I keep coming back for the service advisors. Overall I've dealt with this service advisor a few times and keep coming back because of him. He knows what he's doing. If there is an issue he takes responsibility and gets it taken care of. I really appreciate his work and hope he sees the survey! One thing that stands out the most is he personally asks if I want a car was or not. I don't like touch car washes and the fact that he asks if I want it washed or not definitely is reassuring that they care about the cars that come in to get serviced. I reccomend this dealership for service 100%. When I had my car in for a recall they went out of their way to get me a rental car even though I was not "old" enough. I was 19 at the time. All in all, a great place to come to get serviced. More

Had an oil change and tire rotation and inspection I am not sure they did the complete inspection. They usually tell me about my windshield wipers but when it started raining on my way home one of the I am not sure they did the complete inspection. They usually tell me about my windshield wipers but when it started raining on my way home one of the wipers was torn. I could have purchased wipers from the dealer but now I have go get some. I also had a coupon to use but was told I could not use it. It said save 15% off on service. The service guy told me that it was only good for recommended items after the oil change. I found it very misleading. I could have used that 15% off of the wiper blades had the inspection been done properly. More
