Oil change I was a bit upset as this is the 2nd time that I have had this happen to me. Go in for oil change and they tell me that it will be about a one hour w I was a bit upset as this is the 2nd time that I have had this happen to me. Go in for oil change and they tell me that it will be about a one hour wait. As I'm sitting by the front window, I notice my car comes out after 20 minutes. I figured it was done, but no one ever comes to get me and tell me until 55 minutes after I got there. Not sure why they didn't come and get me right away. When I mentioned I knew where my car was as I saw it come out 20 minutes after we got there, he said yeah I was on the phone for a bit. But I actually saw him walking around doing other things. Just a bit frustrating as I was waiting with my child and noticed it being finished way earlier. More
