Great service, Forgot to Reset Diagnostics Walser Mazda service was fast and did a great job. The service representatives were courteous and got me checked in and out quickly. The only issue was that they forgot to reset the Tire Rotation diagnostic, so I got an alert a couple hundred miles after the service. It was easy to fix, but it was a little alarming when it happened. More

Recently I needed wheel bearings replaced. I didn’t know I had warranty, Mazda Walser in Burnsville especially Mike was very honest and told me I had warranty which means I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. I also needed to buy four new tires and they told me to wait until October because they will be having sale in their tires. I honestly appreciate their willingness to help their customers. Thank you all. More
Friendly in person, unhelpful otherwise. I bought my vehicle used from the July 17. I've had all my maintenance done at Walser regularly. I set up an online account to schedule service and k I bought my vehicle used from the July 17. I've had all my maintenance done at Walser regularly. I set up an online account to schedule service and keep track of the visits. While I could schedule my visits online, after I would go to the appointment there was no record of the maintenance. It just said something like I missed the visit or I canceled, which was untrue. On the last visit I asked the person helping me about it and he said they had all the records and he'd update my account so I could see them. While I was waiting for the work to be done, I checked my account to find it was no longer available. It said had an invalid email, while I still have the original email confirmation of the account. I was then told to call customer service which hasn't helped. I've heard that there was computer updates causing issues, the website, etc.. Everyone I spoke with could see my account but I can't. I have called multiple times on multiple days, with promises of resolution and updates and I have yet to hear any response, see any progress, or get any information. It is disappointing as I like my vehicle and the staff are friendly and professional when I am there for maintenance, but the follow through is severely sub par. More
