Quick and efficient. They don't perform unnecessary tasks. I took my vehicle in for oil, filter, and tire rotate. After checking the tread, they determined that a rotate was unnecessary and advised about it, I took my vehicle in for oil, filter, and tire rotate. Fast and Friendly I went in for an over due oil change. Tire rotation and oil change took MAYBE a half and hour. Service Advisor 5735 not only was knowledgeable but incredibly helpful. He showed me how to access the metal key from my fob along with escorted me to my car and set up maintenance prompts on my car after I expressed concerns about tracking and being late. He has helped me both times I have been in with my vehicle. He is an absolute asset to Mazda. He exemplifies the true meaning of customer service! There was also a young man who was moving vehicles back and forth. He was extremely friendly and even took a moment to talk without the feeling like he was obligated (which is rare to find these days). More

A Happy Customer!! I have been having issues with “squeaky brakes..” It’s been in once before and the squeak continued... I finally stopped making excuses for the squeak I have been having issues with “squeaky brakes..” It’s been in once before and the squeak continued... I finally stopped making excuses for the squeak and scheduled an appt- of course, it had to be raining so they could not hear my noise complaint. They kept the vehicle overnight, test drove it a few times, still no squeaking for them but instead of telling me to turn up my music or the noise was in my head, they went above and beyond with surfacing the brakes and rotors, putting something else on it and voila!!! My squeaky brakes NO longer squeak!! Thank You Walser Mazda!! More
