Recall and oil change I scheduled an appointment online to fix a recall for the liftgate of our cx-5 and an oil change. When I arrived I was informed that the online regist I scheduled an appointment online to fix a recall for the liftgate of our cx-5 and an oil change. When I arrived I was informed that the online registration had a glitch that prevented the service dept from ordering the correct part prior to my arrival. Walser Mazda in Burnsville then offered for me to take a courtesy car free of charge and they would deliver my car to me the next day. What started off with frustrating news was quickly corrected with great customer service. I am grateful for the commitment to fix the inconvenience. And the two gentlemen at the service counter who were competent, clear and kind. I will be back and will recommend to all Mazda owners. More
