I was sold a car with spark plugs in bad condition and I had to pay te get them fixed even tho they should have been fixed prior to selling me the car for $20k. When I returned the loaner I parked outside and took all my stuff out and brought them in, it was a pretty cold day in the negatives and I was asked to go get it and bring it inside. I did, and when they gave me my car they made me go outside to get it as well. They ask me to bring their car in and they don't bring mine. Customer service was horrible More

Everything went well from the time I was looking at the vehicle online to the time that Michelle and Bilal reached out to me about coming in to look at the vehicle.
