My wife and I stopped in on December 31st looking to purchase a used 2024 CX-30 that we saw on Walser Mazda's web site. Bilal was the sale rep who worked with us , and he steered us towards a new 2025 C purchase a used 2024 CX-30 that we saw on Walser Mazda's web site. Bilal was the sale rep who worked with us , and he steered us towards a new 2025 CX-30, which wasn't that much more expensive than the used car we were interested in, and was eligible for 0% financing. Our new car was also discounted in a year end sale. All in all it worked out well for us, and working with Bilal was a pleasure. He was respectful and didn't pressure us to make a decision. We were also able to fill out most of the paper online while sitting a coffee shop, which was convenient for us. We would work with Bilal again. More

I took the car for service but the guy (Joshua I think) didn't take my complaints seriously and explained it away that it's normal. Also when I purchased the car the sales guy should have explained the car features to get me acquainted. He also neglected to mention the emergency road side assistance.
