The service at Mazda is always great! The $25 gift card for test driving has not been delivered as promised. I sent an email inquiry to my sales person about it and did not receive a response. I was in a text chat with someone named Michelle who as promised. I sent an email inquiry to my sales person about it and did not receive a response. I was in a text chat with someone named Michelle who said she’d have someone reach out to me and she never did. I reached out to her again today. She did not respond and deleted the chat! I called to speak with a sales manager who asked for the code I received in the email. I don’t have this with me, so I will have to search for it at home and send it to him via email. I will not be returning to this dealership nor will I recommend them to other potential Mazda buyers. More
