I was on my way to Iowa for the weekend when my car started acting up. I pulled off at Walser Mazda and was greeted by Nick. He had a technician look at my car, diagnose the problem and had my car fi started acting up. I pulled off at Walser Mazda and was greeted by Nick. He had a technician look at my car, diagnose the problem and had my car fixed with me on the road in less than 2 hours. I was so grateful for his prompt service as I had plans that I needed to be in Iowa for and when my car started acting up, I was sure I was going to have to cancel my trip. I have recently moved to Minnesota and really hadn't found a place that I felt comfortable taking my car. Even tho, I actually live in downtown Minneapolis, I will bring my car to the Burnsville Mazda just because of the GREAT customer service give by Nick Halvorsen! More
Recently, my wife and I visited Walser Mazda in Burnsville to look at the Mazda3. Five hours later we drove home in a new Mazda6. The combination of value, dealer knowledge, and convenient servicin Burnsville to look at the Mazda3. Five hours later we drove home in a new Mazda6. The combination of value, dealer knowledge, and convenient servicing location helped make this purchase an easy decision. Our salesperson - Scott Myers - was friendly, courteous, and most importantly, very well educated on the Mazda products. Once we made the decision to move forward with the purchase (which included a trade), the business process was stress-free and thorough. We also received a relatively fair value for our trade-in. Overall our experience at Walser Mazda was excellent. I highly recommend Walser Mazda and hope that we continue to receive similar service from them in the years to come! RJM Lakeville, MN More
My husband and I just bought a used Mazda from them. We had a great experience!! We had been looking for the perfect car for awhile and had encountered many sales staff along the way. Hands down Walser-Ma had a great experience!! We had been looking for the perfect car for awhile and had encountered many sales staff along the way. Hands down Walser-Mazda was the best we found. They were all so knowledgable, helpful and accommodating as well as FUN to work with. We were never pressured into our purchase or given the typical "salesman speech". They understood we needed time to think about making a large purchase and answered every question we had. Every person we saw that worked there seemed to genuinly enjoy their job. They were more than willing to go the extra mile and make sure we were happy. That says a lot about a business when you can tell that the staff wants to be there. Trent Johnson was our salesman and he went WAY above what he was suppose to just to ensure we would be happy and satisfied with our purchase. Even though we bought used and not new, we were still made to feel like royalty. We love our "new" car and were happy with the entire buying process. We traded in my older model mazda and that was about as quick and painless as possible while still getting top dollar for the trade. We will tell everyone to check out walser-mazda and we will be back to do more business with them in the future too! More
We had the most wonderful experience at Walser Burnsville Mazda on June 17th. We had family fly in from Mexico, Texas, and California the day before for our wedding festivities on Saturday the 19th. We had Mazda on June 17th. We had family fly in from Mexico, Texas, and California the day before for our wedding festivities on Saturday the 19th. We had decided to entertain the family by tubing down the Cannon River out of Welch Village. Disaster struck and we lost the keys in the river. Everything was locked in my Mazda CX-9, our phones and our purses/wallets. It was a nightmare. I called the one number I could remember, my folks, from the tubing shack. Thankfully when web called Walser Burnsville Mazda, it was Nick Halvorsen who picked up the phone. What a wonderful asset his is to your dealership. He made time for my several phone calls and asked that we do what we could to make it out ASAP. The tow truck driver got us out there as soon as he could. It was closing time, but Nick made time for us. Nick wanted be sure that I could have my vehicle for wedding set-up the next morning. Everyone worked so hard and fast, we couldn’t believe how quickly everyone was moving! Before we knew it we were out of there. I’m sure you’ve heard it many times, but I wanted to say it again. Your staff at Walser Burnsville Mazda blew us away. They were so friendly and hard working. We were VERY impressed. Please consider honoring Nick Halvorsen for a job well done. Without him, our wedding would not have been the same! Because of his hard work and dedication to his customer, we were able to get out to the wedding site first thing the next morning. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

I purchased a used vehicle for approximately $13000 with about 38000mi. Several tears in the seats needed to be repaired and the interior needed to be redetailed due to uncleanliness prior to my purchasing about 38000mi. Several tears in the seats needed to be repaired and the interior needed to be redetailed due to uncleanliness prior to my purchasing it (on my recommendation). Less than a week after, power steering hydraulics needed to be fixed. I believe the problem existing at the sale, but I didn't notice it. It was a warranty problem, so it was taken care of with no cost other than time. Less than 3000 miles into owning, the brakes needed replacing (dealer cost approx. $500-600 - pads & turned rotors) and a seam on the driver seat had opened about 4inches. I was given the contact info for an upholstery repair person and a "good luck." For the brakes, I had to present my case to sales managers to consider covering the replacement. 3000/38000 miles means the brakes should have been caught during inspection. By the time they agreed to cover the brake work, I had the work completed at a shop more local to me. I asked for some sort of compensation or credit and with persistent phone calls only received a verbal credit for a future 45,000mi service (estimated by Steve at $200) at Walser in Burnsville (an inconvenient location for me). I believe I spent enough money to not have to deal with so many issues on an 04 vehicle with low miles, and they have not made it much easier for me. If the initial months of owning this vehicle and working with Walser are any indication of the future, I should sell it now and buy something else - not from Walser Burnsville. More
