I was torn on this rating. I was helped by someone in the beginning and she was wonderful. But the next day I went to go with intentions of purchasing a vehicle and not only co I was helped by someone in the beginning and she was wonderful. But the next day I went to go with intentions of purchasing a vehicle and not only could they not find the vehicle on their lot, but I did still en's up buying it and the car was somewhat dirty. I understand that cars get worn but there is still food/drink on the center area of the car and there's just some grimy areas I've had to clean up. It's almost like the car wasn't detailed prior to them putting it up for sale. Even if this car was recently acquired, I had to leave for a few hours to secure the cashier check and they had plenty of time to get the car washed or maybe even vacuumed out before I picked it up, but they didn't even offer it. I could tell I was buying a used car and that's how I can describe my experience. More

The staff in the service department is always really helpful and remembers us and our vehicles.
