Customer service was poor. Salesman had 4 clients all at one time. In the middle of winter, I would have expected the dealership to provide a courtesy check on the vehicle be Salesman had 4 clients all at one time. In the middle of winter, I would have expected the dealership to provide a courtesy check on the vehicle before drove it off the lot. I'm a senior citizen and I would have expected the service department to provide a simple review of the tire pressure ( winter especially) so the vehicle is safe to be driven. They did not. I had to stop at a service station 10 miles after I left the lot to add tire pressure to 2 tires. This was very frustrating to think that the dealership was only interested in making the sale and moving on to the next customer. I have also requested that they mail my license plates to my home address. As of March 20, I have still not received my plates. I will not be returning to Walser Mazda. More
