One person was answering my questions, while another was getting me a water and yet another was finding the keys to a car that they thought fit my needs. No one was pushy and I loved knowing exactly what the car cost before I even got into it- No negotiating! The store was absolutely immaculant and at one time I looked down a row to see all the cars lined up perfectly and in 5 seconds I could tell the salesperson what colors I liked. Absolutely a painless experience. More

I could not have had an easier time buying a car. Loved the Mazda CX5 that Katrina showed us; couldn't put the deal together here that another dealership was able to do. Most disappointed to learn two weeks after first visit, with "our car" arriving on their lot, that the loyalty program ("Walser Rewards") for free oil changes had suddenly disappeared. At $50/oil change, amounts to $450 more in cost of ownership. Less trade-in value than other dealership and NO negotiation. Rather felt that we had fallen in love with the candy in the case, then handed the fuzzy lollipop and told to accept it. More

We had whittled down our selection of contenders for our new compact SUV to the new Mazda CX-5 and the new Toyota Rav4. We had been in twice before and Mark at Walser Mazda had helped us each time in answe new compact SUV to the new Mazda CX-5 and the new Toyota Rav4. We had been in twice before and Mark at Walser Mazda had helped us each time in answering all our questions. We had mentioned to him our concern that we needed to test drive the Rav4. Instead of going next door to a competitor Toyota dealer he suggested that we take the Mazda CX-5 to the Walser Toyota dealer so we could perform that test drive. We did just that and we took that comparison test drive while Mark waited patiently for us. My wife and I were amazed that a dealer would do this for us. Ultimately the Mazda CX-5 won out over the competition and Mike helped us in finding just the right color CX-5 with just the right options. Katrina helped explain all the financial details making us feel at ease with the entire process. Mark once again helped us on delivery day to ensure we had all our questions answered before we drove home that first night. Burnsville Walser Mazda has won us over by these and other examples of what we call going over the top to make us happy with the entire process in getting our new Mazda CX-5.
