This was painless, usually my least favorite part of buying a car. It was an enjoyable experience with Walser as they wanted to sell a car and I wanted to move up to a Mazda 5 from a Mazda 6 mainly to get a little higher off the ground in the winter months. I asked for just a little more on my trade in to make it work, the obliged and the deal was done. Win-Win :). More

It was the reason we purchased a used car from them, but when we later tried to use the warranty, we got a run around from a receptionist who would not put the service manager on the phone, passed us off to CNA , who said the did not cover our repair, then despite 2 attempt to reach a general manager for a call back, we never received the courtesy of a reply. I the "lifetime" warranty is what is appealing to you, forget this dealership. More

I recently decided that it was time to look into a new vehicle. Scott Meyers was recommended to me by a couple of people. So I set out on a Saturday to track him down. He was patient, used humor to put up with my grief, and walked me through the lease va purchase question. Both managers stopped by several times. I'm not sure if it was to help me or help Scott. I gave him a run for his money, or should I say, "my money"?! My sarcasm ranneth over! I enjoyed harassing Scott, and he took it well. So.....I will miss my CX-7, but am looking forward to my CX-5. Scott worked a deal for me that was worthy of me. And yes...,..I decided to lease. Thanks Scott Meyers! I enjoyed harassing you. Is that wrong of me??! Way to adapt, as a salesperson. SOLD! Sold on both a new car and Walser Mazda of Burnsville. Bonus......they have one of THE best service departments too!! They have never steered me wrong! More
