Oddest car buying experience I've ever had I was prepared to buy a new car. Test drove a Mazda 3; liked it. When it came time to choose one, sign everything I was told the one I wanted was no I was prepared to buy a new car. Test drove a Mazda 3; liked it. When it came time to choose one, sign everything I was told the one I wanted was not on the lit. It was "here", they just didn't know where the car had been dropped and couldn't find it. So I signed everything, bought a new car that wasn't there. They said they'd call when they located it. I was called after about 4 days; the car I bought hadn't been found but another just like it had been delivered. I would need to come re-sign all the paperwork because of the different VIN number. So I did, drove away in my new car. Then got another call 2 days later; the bank issuing the loan had changed their contract/paperwork and would I mind coming back in to sign again? Really? I came in again, completed everything. Loved everything about my new car but the rims; went out and purchased new rims within a week of having the car. They gave me a free oil change for my trouble; would have been more meaningful if they'd have cut me a deal on different rims. More

Feels like family It took 7 months for me to reach the first 5,000 miles in my CX-5. When I drove in for an oil change and tire rotation, Josh remembered my name. He a It took 7 months for me to reach the first 5,000 miles in my CX-5. When I drove in for an oil change and tire rotation, Josh remembered my name. He asked if I had any other concerns and helped me with those. He kept me updated on what step my car was at (technician was just finishing up, they are putting it through the car wash). I asked and Josh explained how they rotate the tires. He also explained what else they did (check all fluids, safety checks) and how the car looks (good tread on tires, fluids look good, etc). Overall, I had a great experience and I recommend Walser Mazda. More
