Tire issue I had a light indicator come on while I was out of town, I stopped at another Mazda dealer and they said it was nothing to worry about. I got home and I had a light indicator come on while I was out of town, I stopped at another Mazda dealer and they said it was nothing to worry about. I got home and brought it to my dealer in Burnsville, they immediately checked the tire pressure and my back tire was way too low, they fixed it right there and then!! I am so disgusted with the other dealership, my tire could have blown with my kids in the car....this is why I trust my vehicle to Burnsville, they actually care! More

The service area and waiting area are very clean and inviting which adds to the trust factor knowing they care enough to keep things looking nice. Not just another grungy garage. I unfortunately decided that the car was uncomfortable after driving due to some lower back issues, and although I was extremely indecisive, Alex was continually patient and provided several options, including recommending I try out a CX-5 to see if it was a fit for me. I ended up with the perfect vehicle for my needs and couldn’t have been more pleased with the sales team’s approach, knowledge and passion for Mazda and their customers.
