Get in and out. No bs waiting for finance. Everything done right in front of you. Was called in for a free trade of my 2018 CX-9 to a brand new 2019 CX-9. Who would turn that down. Only thing I don’t recommend is the extra packages they sell,(paint protection, wisecare, rust protection.) Got a little ding on my 2018 cx9 and was told that the wisecare package I bought would cover it all, but guess not. Oh well, got a new 2019 CX-9. Other than these extra packages they sell, I highly recommend walser. More

Upon calling to discuss some concerns and questions we had Daniel was great at assisting us over the phone. He suggested if it wasn’t too much trouble for us to come in and drive the car again before making any final decision. We enjoyed his energy and authenticity and that he was honest about the benefits as far as leasing or buying — or choosing what model we preferred. He wasn’t aggressive or pushy on his personal opinions. He gave the facts, his own personal testimony on why he enjoys the brand but never made us feel like we had to decide in that moment. We appreciated that and it is what made us want to seal the deal with him because we knew that our whole purchase would be in good hands. Another thing we enjoyed about him was that he wasn’t afraid to ask for help. We had a lot of questions for him and the moments he didn’t know the answer, he didn’t pretend or say I don’t know— he went and asked someone who would know. Personally I appreciate genuine and authentic sales people and I enjoyed his vibe from the beginning.
