The car was full of scratches and I asked for it to be buffed off. They grinded down the scratch and didn't even buffed it. This make even worse than before. The gentlemen in the service department were kind and courteous. When I took my car in in the morning it had been making a weird noise. Of course when I took it home that afternoon on the way home it st courteous. When I took my car in in the morning it had been making a weird noise. Instead of me having to make another appointment they fixed it right then when I turned around and brought it right back. I was very thankful to not have to take more time off work. They were prompt in fixing the other things I needed done and kept me informed. More
