I had scheduled my appointment at 7am as I had a busy day ahead, and as the recall would take some time, was very pleased they set me up with a complimentary loaner, which was a nicely optioned CX5. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the service department at Walser Mazda in the 6.5 years I’ve been having my vehicle serviced there, which is why I continue to go back. I find their shop rates are not a hefty premium for most jobs compared to the top independent shops, and I greatly appreciate the extra attention with service bulletins and recalls, as mentioned above. My regular service writers, Joshua Z and Mike K, have always taken care of me. More
