They have also been in the bottom quartile of the Truecar estimates. Price has been the biggest factor, but the salespeople are friendly, too. Also, this time I noticed that the salesman that sold us our first car was still there three years later. I've heard that turnover rate is usually high in car sales, so that's also a positive indicator for me about the dealership. More
