I contacted Walser regarding my oil change for life program and asked if other Walser dealerships honored my participation, or if I had to get the oil I contacted Walser regarding my oil change for life program and asked if other Walser dealerships honored my participation, or if I had to get the oil change at the same dealership location. I was told I could go to another dealership, so made an appointment at the Walser Mazda, as the location was more convenient for me that day. Upon arrival, I learned that I was misinformed, and would be charged for the oil change. Because I was short on time and overdue for the oil change, I said I would just pay for the service. Chad ended up ensuring that I received the service at no charge, due to the miscommunication. He didn’t need to do that, but I am so very grateful that he did! It has been a pleasure dealing with the Walser group, and I am so glad to know that doing the right thing is part of the culture at Walser. More
