The Sevice Advisors are top notch, extremely accommodating and honest with what they recommend or don't recommend for service. David Nelson and Nick Halvorsen are the two with whom I have dealt with the most. They are fantastic. I always feel they're looking out for my well-being and what's best for my vehicle. As much as I have enjoyed dealing with all of Walser Mazda, the primary reason that I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them is because of the Service Dept. No doubt in my mind. More

We had brought our CX-5 in for a routine 40k mile oil change and service, plus wipers, new tires and alignment. David made sure our family was fully informed of our choices for tires (we selected the Yokohama Geolander for better traction), explained to us in detail what the alignment stats meant, and he made sure we were not charged for service that might be unneeded or redundant, even waiving a minor labor fee for windshield wiper installation. One cannot ask for better service, and that’s what keeps us coming back to Walser Burnsville for everything Mazda. More
