Wouldn't go anywhere else It was a busy day at Burnsville Mazda. I had to wait a little bit when I first came, but once someone was available he took very good care of me. I appreciated how he listened to my concerns and did his best to make sure my issues were resolved. So nice to have coffee, water, snacks, magazines and TV available as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. I was not able to complete recommended service, however, because it was just too expensive of a repair for me without warranty of any kind but did get in on the special for an oil change, tire rotation and new windshield wipers. Thanks for the great service. More

Ford Fiesta 2015 I had a great experience at Walser Mazda starting with my salesperson greeting me outside the front door of the dealership. John Sutherland was so kind and understanding from the minute we started to talk about my situation. My Ford Fiesta got totaled while parked on the street and I wanted to find a replacement for around what my insurance company paid out. The 2015 Ford Fiesta was a perfect fit and I didn't want to waste any time making the purchase. John made the process painless and even gave me a ride to Enterprise Rental to return my rental so that I could drive away in the Fiesta without any hassle. The showroom is beautiful so I didn't mind spending a couple of hours to get through the paperwork. Hoping I can afford a Mazda someday. More

Great service every time I needed to have my airbag replaced due to a recall. They got me into the shop the same afternoon and had it fixed quickly. They also found some ite I needed to have my airbag replaced due to a recall. They got me into the shop the same afternoon and had it fixed quickly. They also found some items that needed attention but they didn't pressure me to do everything that day like some places will. I appreciate that and had a belt replaced, but the rest will wait. Service managers are always helpful, friendly, and seem very honest and sincere. A great experience. More
