This is in regards to an experience I had this morning with your service manager Adam Zimmerman - I had an exceptional experience with his professionalism and his care when I was in desperate need of help with your service manager Adam Zimmerman - I had an exceptional experience with his professionalism and his care when I was in desperate need of help with my vehicle. He took time out of his busy day to help install a battery in my car that was unexpected unplanned and without an appointment and he did it with a smile. It is rare that the quality of a person motivates one to patronize a business but that is the feeling I had this morning as he worked in the cold on a vehicle he had no intention of operating on for a person he just met. There needs to be an Adam Zimmerman at every Walser Dealership. His act of kindness and service is something that your company needs to be proud of and I feel privileged to have the accidental chance to run by him today. If this message could be directed to him in some way I would greatly appreciate it. Tell him I cannot thank him enough and wish him the best and hope to see him when I purchase my next vehicle from Walser. More

Stuck brake caliper I called service dept about stuck brake caliper which ruined my rotor and pads on 2016 Impala. was told that if caliper is stuck that warranty will I called service dept about stuck brake caliper which ruined my rotor and pads on 2016 Impala. was told that if caliper is stuck that warranty will cover it. so i took tire off to inspect brake caliper . i could move the caliper pins and then used a large channel lock pliers to try to squeeze the caliper piston back in. I couldn't . so I knew caliper was bad. I put it back on and went there the next day. dropped off car at 1 pm. appointment was 2 pm. waited and waited Michelle B. finally came to me at 330 pm hour and half later and said that the calipers were fine. i got confused. hour and a half to diagnose ? \i told them to replace brake pads and rotors. Start to feel FISHY by them. i figured that they spend the time hour and half trying to squeeze caliper piston back in and out to make it work. when i picked car up I told her that I will be back in 5 months for same problem. I have phone video of me moving caliper pins and trying to squeeze caliper piston back in. was told that the pad was frozen to the mounting bracket. I had pads off when i tried to squeeze caliper piston back in. I know because i worked on brakes before. I wanted to use the wrap around extended warranty for caliper and they're avoiding it. stuck pads make rotor get scraped beyond repair. no its the caliper piston that put pressure on pads and rotors. FISHY FISHY.. feeling disgusted. maybe i go to a different dealer for 2nd opinion ? More
Still waiting for a response I was told by my local mechanic my axle seal was leaking which was covered under my warranty. I contacted the dealership I bought the truck from (Wals I was told by my local mechanic my axle seal was leaking which was covered under my warranty. I contacted the dealership I bought the truck from (Walser Buick GMC in Roseville) and spoke with Michelle on a Thursday. I explained what my mechanic had told me and she said she would not confirm that was the problem until their mechanics diagnosed the problem themselves.... okaayyyy... she continued by saying IF that was the problem, it should take around 3 hours. Rental vehicles are only available for customers whose vehicles need 4 or more hours of work. Ok. I asked if I could make an appointment and she stated she did not want to schedule me that day because she didn’t want me to drive down there and not have a rental available if they needed to keep my truck overnight. Makes sense. She said she would call me on Saturday (remember it’s Thursday) and set up an appointment based on when a rental would be available. It’s been over a week and still no response. No missed calls... They have contacted me several times to remind me to service my truck so I know they have the correct phone number for me. I ended up calling a different dealership and they gave me a rental the SAME day I called them! They also had no issues with my mechanic’s diagnosis of my truck’s issue. I won’t be returning to their service department- let alone buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
