I had an appointment for an oil change. I signed the work order, Mr Cato asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I said yes. There was no mention of cost. I have never paid for rotation. I stopped at Adam's office and told him to coordinate the web price. I told him WB GMC was $80 for both. He said he would match their price. I said this is the last oil change on this Acadia. He looked surprised, then I told him I was buying a 2024 when they came in. I sat in the waiting area until I saw mine come in. As I got ready to pay Mr Cato gave me the work order and put a card reader in my face. I said' what the heck is this'? He said the rotation was $32! I asked him to check with Adam. They came back and said your bill is $131! Not negotiable because if he did it for everyone he would go broke. I paid the $131.01 and told them I would remember this in March when I buy the next Acadia Denali. I left but wasn't happy. I called later and asked for the General Manager but he was busy. He did return my call but it was during our dinner. I returned the call the next day. He said he heard the discussion and said he heard that I was told the price but that was never mentioned, I read it on the work order. He said he was in the service bay. He wasn't in Adam's office when Adam said he would match WB GMC's price. Question now is which one isn't telling the truth? I asked as part of the service to reset the engine filter light. Wasn't done! The check tire pressure light came on the next morning. The vehicle sits in a garage heated to 60 degrees. What happened here? I used my windshield washer and only a weak spray came out, I refilled the reservoir at home. I have used Walser for all my service needs in the past. Is this the new Walser way? More

I brought my truck in with very specific issues. It wasn't starting sporadically but it did not have battery issues. I also asked for diagnostics on the tire pressure sensor and suspension system. The first call I get it that the battery is dead- that had never been an issue until it was in your possession. It then turns into a battery issue. I hear nothing about the starting issue or the suspension. Then I am told when I ask to pick it up that it will be 45 minutes and I waited almost 2 hours. More
