So we went up to Walser Buick GMC of Roseville because they had the car we were looking for. We had never dealt with Walser before, but really liked the idea that the price listed is the price you get. Th they had the car we were looking for. We had never dealt with Walser before, but really liked the idea that the price listed is the price you get. There is no haggling or negotiating back and forth. Had we known the hassles we would have to deal with and are still dealing with 3 months later, we would have left the car on the lot. First: We drove all the way up to Roseville to test drive the car and they had “borrowed” it out for the day to an employee. No big deal, we just came back the next day. Second: When we test drove the car it clearly had a loud noise coming from the back tire. Again no big deal, they had agreed to fix it at no cost to us. So I made an appointment for them to fix it one day after work and the dealer set me up an appointment at 4:15pm. When I arrived for the previously scheduled appointment, the guy in service said that the appointment was set for 11:00am that day and there was no way they could fix it now as it would take 3 hours and they closed at 6:00pm. So, irritated and annoyed I set up a different appointment to come up on my day off. Third: When we drove the car off the lot for the first time, they did not have all the “stuff” that normally comes with a car: extra keyphob, owner’s manual for the car, remote start, and navigation system, and the disk for the navigation system so it did not even work. The sales guys told me they would have for me when I returned to get the car fixed. The first time I came to get the car fixed, they did not have it. The second time I came to get the car fixed they still did not have it and actually told me that they lost everything. They told me they would get everything replaced and asked if I would go to a Ford dealership to get the new keyphob cut and they would reimburse me. So I did Fourth: the navigation system does not work without the disk. It took them over 2 months with numerous phone calls and reminders from my husband before we actually got the disk. I believe had we not kept calling them we would never have received it. They actually even LIED to us about the disk. My husband called one day to ask about the status of the disk and Tom told us that they ordered the disk yesterday. A week later with no call from them yet, my husband called them back and they told us that they needed the model number off the navigation system to order the disk. He lied, it was never even ordered. For shame! When I went to get the navigation disk finally after 2 months of hassles I gave them the receipt for $199.00 for they keyphob which they had agreed to reimburse me. Well one month later, we are still waiting for the check. We also never received replacement for any of the owner’s manuals. We never received an apology for the inconvenience. We also never even received a call or letter thanking us for our business and seeing if everything was going well. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life, especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. My experience in leasing a new truck from Walser GMC was excellent! The sales person, Nick Hermann, drove the vehicle to my house so that I could test drive it and then deliveried it a week later back to m excellent! He was knowledgable of all options and took as much time as I needed to explain them to me, even setting up the radio. He then took my trade in and drove it back to the dealership. Jason, the sales manager was great to work with as well, he asked exactly what vehicle and options I was looking for and called back with his suggestion and exact monthly payment options in under 30 minutes. I stopped by Walser because it’s less than a mile from my work and I had seen a car on their website I was interested in. As a first time buyer who has had some less-than-wonderful experiences at other deale work and I had seen a car on their website I was interested in. As a first time buyer who has had some less-than-wonderful experiences at other dealerships, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I found the vehicle right away and a few minutes later I was welcomed by a very friendly employee named Andrei. This was the first vehicle of this kind I had ever looked at before so I had lots of questions for him. Andrei was extremely helpful and informative and put no pressure on me. We went inside to talk about what I needed the vehicle for, price, etc. and then took it for a test drive. It was refreshing how personable yet professional Andrei was and I felt I could trust him. He went over the Walser Rewards Program and I was very impressed. Andrei and the whole Walser staff went above and beyond my expectations of a car dealership and they take very good care of their customers. I am so happy with my purchase. Matt did a great jog of welcoming Becky and I to Walser and informing us of the buying process. We had done our " shopping " in advance on Walser's web site and upon arrival we were given an opportunity to and informing us of the buying process. After test driving the Tahoe we previously had chosen on line we asked for and were given a value on our trade in. After agreeing to a price for my trade we completed the paper work and signed off. Matt delivered our vehicle the next day and we have been happy ever since. Matt did a very good job of communicating with us before , during and after our visit. So we are very pleased with Matt and Walser for treating us with respect, honesty and great care. Thanks Matt, we can and will highly recommend you to any one wishing to purchase a vehicle. After much research, I decided to purchase the Buick LaCrosse CXL. I am scheduled to have surgery for complete hip replacement.
