His calm and patience, and general openness, was a game-changer for us. We spent about 7 hours w/him (yup!!), and his considerate nature and knowledgeable responsiveness to our concerns is noteworthy--especially since we purchased & concluded our business beyond closing time. Others there (i.e. Steve & Kieran) became included in the transaction process and were also very nice folks to do business with. Also, we recently had our first maintenance/winterizing service done and even folks in that department were very pleasant! So, thanks! & we would encourage anyone to steer your way :) More
Hi, I just had my new Buick serviced and was impressed with the total experience. As I first walk into the customer waiting area I was greeted by Matthew, and had a friendly conversation with him. Short with the total experience. As I first walk into the customer waiting area I was greeted by Matthew, and had a friendly conversation with him. Shortly after that Andrei (my sales person) came over greeted me, then sat down and inquired about why I was there and if am I still satisfied with the Buick and the total Walser experience. It was nice that not only did they remembered me and my name but that they took time away from their busy day to make sure everything was OK. I just wasn't another sale! Heck, even your finance gentlemen who help to secure the loan recognized me and came over to say hello. I want to thank Andrei personally for all his follow up calls regarding my purchase, helping me with my numerous questions and for helping me with my after market purchases. He even showed us one that we never would have looked at in the first place...and that was the one we ended up buying. We loved that the general manager came out to talk to us personally and thank us for being there. It just felt like such a friendly environment. They aren't pushy whatsoever. They were genuinely concerned about what the right decision was for us. It was such a refreshing car buying experience. I visited Walser GMC Buick on Saturday, November 19th 2011. The building is very clean and new. plus it was really busy. I was there to sell my car, and Andrei helped me. He was very busy but still very kind and helpful for me. Before I visited this dealer, I visited two other dealers to see how much my car worth it, and Walser GMC offered me the highest price. The inspection was really quick, and they did not try to tell me to reduce the price of the car by picking small tiny things. It was very straight forward, like this is the price we offer, and it was better than other two dealers in the cities. I would recommend Walser GMC Roseville, and Andrei who worked with me. More
I was on the car lot at Walsar Buick GMC in Roseville, MN in mid August looking at a 2011 Buick Regal when Jordon Myers offered to let me take a test drive. I was only just considering buying a new car, but in mid August looking at a 2011 Buick Regal when Jordon Myers offered to let me take a test drive. I was only just considering buying a new car, but meeting Jordon and driving the car made me realize that this was "the car for me". I had done some previous pricing at other dealerships, both metro and out-state, and I know I got the best deal. Although Walser didn't have the exact car I wanted, Jordon was able to locate a vechicle on Friday. He himself detailed it and had it ready for me the next day. I was very impressed by Jordon's salesmanship and follow-up after the purchase. I highly recommend Walser and Jordon if you are considering buying a GMC vechicle. More
Ken Dahl was great to work with. He was courteous and helpful Ken did not try to push a new car on me when I said I was looking for a used car.
