I have been a customer at this particudealersgip for about 5 years. I recently bought a new car from them as well in July of 2024. Within a few weeks we started to hear some noises coming from the back about 5 years. I recently bought a new car from them as well in July of 2024. Within a few weeks we started to hear some noises coming from the back tire and the car would perk when going from reverse to drive. We took the car in for repair and it was downhill from there. The first time we took it in, we sat for about 4 hours. We were told the problem and told to come back for the actual repair, as they did not have the part. We came back a week later, the part was installed and the jerking was repaired, but the noise from the tire was still there. We brought it back and they kept our car overnight, with no option for a rental. When we went to pick it back up, there was an extra 440 miles put on the odometer. The manager said it was a "FAT FINGER" error and that someone must have typed the numbers in incorrectly....coincidently we had a 3000 mile warranty, and this mistake took us to 2890 miles...give or take. It doesn't end there, a couple of days later we heard the noise again. We took it back and they said there was a plate by the rotor that had to be bent, to access the part...we will just bend it back. It did not work. I took it in one final time, and said forget it,....if I hear it again, I will jump out the car and video it for you. Needless to say I am no longer driving 20 minutes out of my way to get to this dealer. I have found a new dealer and it's approximately 6 minutes from my house. Too bad they couldn't take responsibility....oh yeah the charged me $400, even though my warranty said $200...they did refund that once I made a stink... More

Service is ok, I have a shift to park sometimes in my vehicle but I was told that in order for my extended warranty to cover it, it must show a code.
