However one thing that satisfied me m I've leased two Buick's from Roseville Buick GMC of Minnesota. A Verano and a Regal. Both fantastic automobiles! However one thing that satisfied me most was how great their customer service is. When I walked into Roseville Buick GMC for the first time I immediately felt comfortable. It was like walking into a friends house for a visit. My first lease I ended early because I was too impatient to drive the car I really wanted, the Regal GS. Granted I couldn't afford the GS (which is my dream car), I was eager to get me one. Shortly thereafter I was greeted by a young woman named Michelle. She asked if I needed help with anything. Immediately my heart started racing because I was only there to look at cars, but also was curious to see if I could get out of my lease early and into a Regal. My experience with Michelle was great. She had just joined the team in Roseville and I happened to be one of her first clients. Lucky for me, Michelle had all the information I needed to begin the trade in process so I could drive away in a brand new Regal. The process was smooth and free of intimidation because every employee knew their job well. Michelle worked with the financing team (they're a hoot) and managed to get my payments to what I could afford. In a matter of a few short hours I drove away in a brand new Regal and happy as a clam. I continue to refer my friends and family to Roseville Buick GMC because I believe they provide the best customer service and one of the best consumer products the automobile industry has to provide. We had looked at the car a few times earlier and finally decided to go for it Pete M was the sales person we delt with. He spent time with us when we wanted to drive two different vehicles. We can not say enough good things about him. When we drove each car he took time explaining everything about the vehicle and didn't presure us at all. We did purchase one of the veihicals and because they where busy Pete stayed until all the paper work was finished which was after 10:30 P.M. Our biggest thanks go to Pete M who WENT OUT of his way to make us very happy. He even went out of way again to spent time with my husband on another day showing him how some of the options worked. He is by far the best sales person we have ever delt with. In the future we will go back to visit or to purchase another vehicle from Pete. Thank you again Pete M for not only being a good sales person but for caring about your customers and treating them like a friend. One more thank you goes to Ramon, even though it's his job and had a very busy evening, he stayed so we could finish our purchase. Roseville Buick GMC made car buying easy After having an unpleasant experience at another dealer, I called Roseville and set up an appointment with Derek Meyers to purchase a GMC Terrain. He After having an unpleasant experience at another dealer, I called Roseville and set up an appointment with Derek Meyers to purchase a GMC Terrain. He was friendly and respected my wishes to order a vehicle as opposed to buying one off the lot. I decided to order my car that day with Derek and the help of Kole Kapinos. A few months earlier, my mother had ordered a car only to find out six weeks later the dealer never submitted the order- Kole reassured me that the order was submitted, even printing me a copy of his screen that showed such. Derek told me to expect the car would arrive in six to eight weeks. Three weeks later Derek contacted me to say my car was in! It was a pleasant surprise, specially after the horrible experience my mom had ordering her vehicle from another dealer. The pick-up process was quick and easy. I met with Derek and was introduced to Roman Tosca in finance. Roman was very pleasant and did a thorough job explaining the details, as this was my first new car. Finally, Derek went through the features of my new Terrain Denali and stayed late to explain how to customize the vehicle to fit my needs. Thanks, Roseville Buick GMC. More

There was no pressure, only options and she had my best interest in mind. I have been using this dealer to service my 10 year-old GMC Envoy and I have always loved their service and care of my vehicle. They have been honest and open and that it what I appreciate about doing business with anyone. More
I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! I took my truck for service, and they rried to chaege me 630.00 for replacing a key lock cilynder, they claimed the anti theft system needed to be rep I took my truck for service, and they rried to chaege me 630.00 for replacing a key lock cilynder, they claimed the anti theft system needed to be reprogrammed, I found out that wasn't true, they wanted to charge me for 3 hours of labor, another dealer charged me for 1, they wanted to charge me extra for a key and programming it, at another dealer they didn't, the cilynder comes with a key, I told them not to replace the cilynder and they messed up cilynder while putting back, I think they messed it up on purpose to have me buy another one from them, needlees to say I didn't, but they charged me 130.00 to just look at the truck, they clearly tried to rip me off the worst way possible, no honesty, no ethics, no good service, it was a nightmare! More
