I had a appointment to drop my truck off for service. When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter was on the phone. After 5 minutes he stopped talking like he was on hold.at 10 minutes he asked who I When I arrived the gentleman behind the counter was on the phone. After 5 minutes he stopped talking like he was on hold.at 10 minutes he asked who I was and went back to staring at the computer screen still holding the phone to his ear. At 25 minutes I grabbed my paper's and left will never return their for service again. Their are plenty of other GMC dealerships I can go to fo service. More

I'm not sure how much service is actually done at this dealership location. Didn't realize vehicle had to be taken to another location which resulted in service advisor not having any ability to answer a dealership location.
