She was prompt,courteous, and knowledgeable about the different products. I had my Mom with me who has dementiaI and Michelle was very caring toward her, even going so far as sending me a link to a particular website regarding the desease. I did have an issue right away with an oil leak which was dealt with immediately, they picked up my car and left me a loaner. The service dept. was VERY thorough, finding a few more things that needed attention and fixed everything! All the staff were REALLY great! You gained a customer for life, thanks everyone! Started working with Terry and got the ball rolling towards a purchase. Unfortunately due to my bad timing I was unable to complete the purchase that night and would have to return the next day. Before leaving Terry suggested I continue with Dave as he would not be working the next day. Dave was great and worked to honor everything I had previously set up with Terry. Amazing! I did not go to RBG to buy a truck. I have been thinking about getting a new Sierra for several years. I have purchased 3 new GMC trucks over the years. A 1990 Sierra, 1997 Sierra, and a I have been thinking about getting a new Sierra for several years. I have purchased 3 new GMC trucks over the years. A 1990 Sierra, 1997 Sierra, and a 2006 Sierra SLE. They were the best vehicles that money can buy. I went to the Roseville Dealership to check out the new models but did not expect them to be able to get the truck that I wanted. I built a vehicle on the GMC website and did a search. Nothing close came up. Not the color or style that I wanted. So when I went to the dealership on Friday, (3/31/17), I expected to be told that they could not help me.I really was not sure that I was ready to give up my 2006 model anyway. It has low miles and is immaculate for an 11 year old truck, 86,000 miles. When I pulled up Michelle immediately introduced herself and offered to help. I gave her my build sheet and she took it to the floor manager. They did a dealer search and found 3 possibilities. After a while I was informed that all three had been sold and that the color that I wanted had been discontinued by the factory. I was not surprised. The floor manager asked me if I was willing to change the color of the truck and the interior. I told them that I wasn't sure that I wanted to buy a truck anyway and that if I couldn't get one in blue then I would wait another year. They offered to do another search. They found the truck that I thought that I wasn't ready to buy. When they showed me the price I couldn't turn it down. Then Michelle did a great job helping me finish the build with extra options that I would need. This is the 4th new GMC truck that I have purchased and the best buying experience yet. Thank you to Michelle and the rest of the staff that helped me that day. More

NEW CAR PURCHASE I just bought my second vehicle from Roseville Buick. Both times I have worked with salesman David Middleton. His knowledge about the vehicles and available options helped me make informed decisions and gave me confidence in my purchase. I never felt like I was working with a "high pressure salesman". He took his time and showed me all the "bells and whistles" on the car I purchased. Because of the time he took and information he gave me, I have no buyers remorse! I love my new car! I hope when the time comes to buy again, he will still be there to work with. I tell my friends, "you HAVE to go see MY car guy!" LOL! Thanks Dave for all your help. Really bad experience The visit started off bad when they didn't have any of my information that I gave them over the phone or the appointment that I scheduled in their sys The visit started off bad when they didn't have any of my information that I gave them over the phone or the appointment that I scheduled in their system. Two hours go by and they say they don't think anything is wrong but will keep looking. Three hours go by and they say problem is fixed. I get in the vehicle and immediately realize that the problem still exists, nothing had been done and they clearly didn't test drive it. Four hours go by and the shop is closing and they say that they THINK that if one part is replaced it MIGHT fix the problem. So after wasting $145 and four hours of my day I still had no answers. The employee who helped me was nice and apologized several times but that doesn't change the experience. More
