Rodd Walton was my salesman this past Monday. My twin brother was with me and we both watched Rodd work through 3 car sales while working with us(it was definetaly a busy day) and I still felt he listened to everything. Youre sales manager as well, she was another amazing asset to my purchase and I felt comfortable and not pushed into a sale. My twin brother WILL be in your roseville location to trade in his 18 silverado and will definetaly be requesting Rodd. Multiple reasons: 1. Taylor told me it would be $100 deductible for each item I needed to get fixed. I confirmed with warranty there was no deductible. Taylor did not follow up on status of my car, I had to keep calling others to help me. My car wasn’t ready on time and took much longer and Taylor did not put in the tire sensor replacement like I asked. There was no rental car available and the guy I handed my own rental car receipt to submit didn’t know what to do with it. I’m hoping it was submitted to the Walser autoguard warranty. the entire experience was a hassle, confusing, and inconvenient. More
