Tim did a great job of researching vehicles ahead of time for us so that when we came in the process was quick and smooth. Great Buying experience! I recently visited this Walser location (Roseville just off of 35W) and was very pleased. I have visited many dealers in the area and found this location to be above and beyond wha location (Roseville just off of 35W) and was very pleased. I have visited many dealers in the area and found this location to be above and beyond what was expected. The first thing I noticed about Walser was the pricing on the corner of every windshield. Most of the dealerships require you to get out of the car and ask for pricing information. What is the point of getting out and talking to someone if you know you can't afford it? When I got out to look at a vehicle, Andrei immediately took time to answer my questions. He suggested several options, prices, and alternative vehicles in my price range. After test driving a few cars I began to narrow down my choices. I wasn't pressured into making a purchase and Andrei kept in touch about new arrivals and kept me informed about the vehicles I previously test drove. When the time came to make my purchase the staff at Walser Roseville offered friendly advice and even did some work to get me a lower APR than my bank had gotten me. Today I still keep in touch with Andrei Brinzila and say hello when I stop by. Hopefully I will continue to have no problems with my purchase and if I do, the service staff is as great as the sales staff. (I'll keep you informed!) We had good experiences with other Walser dealer, so when we decided we were in the market for a used Yukon, the Walser GMC dealer seemed like an obvious choice. Our experience started out great, friendly greeting, all access to sales persons, etc. Our first stop in at the dealership, we agreed on a out-the-door price on the car. We had multiple phone conversations with the sales person confirming the sales price, after leaving the dealership. Two days later we arrive to sign the paper work and purchase the car. It was then noted that the price had increased $2,500. They claimed it was due to a difference in the trade, but they had agreed to a sight-unseen trade for a specified dollar amount. At that time they also showed us the car fax that they had claimed to have been a clean report. This car fax was not clear at all. This vehicle had been in an accident. They completely wasted our time. More
