I came in for an oil change and added a recall fix. Told me not covered by warranty and they didn’t have the parts in stock. A week later after they let me rent my own replacement vehicle I got a ~$3,000 bill for my oil change and what the tech broke. I asked to speak with a manager which didn’t happen, he called me and left a message 2 days later. It was total crap with a terrible explanation and they took no accountability for the tech breaking my truck, it’s a 2020 with 60ish thousand miles, worked fine until they touched it. Had the gaul to tell me I was lucky the hose broke here and not on the road, as if anyone runs a diesel at redline until hoses blow while on the road. Never going back! More

While I wasn't all that pleased that the electrical shorting problem with my truck wasn't solved after 3 visits, I will say that Morgan was a wonderful service rep. Wow great service department. Scheduling is easy, on time appointment kept, friendly, informative and done quickly.
