I have had few issues a times with service Dept. Once I was in for a warranty repair and the tech left with my truck on the lift while I was waiting. The Repairs were a few years ago. Once for another warranty repair and they did not order all the parts needed for the repair it was a simple seat repair and they didn't order the rivets Once for another warranty repair (rear window replacement for defrost not working) the truck went to the body shop for the replacement, and I started to leave after they were done, I got about a mile and my tonneau cover almost flew off, the shop foreman argued that I brought it in this way. More

My vehicle was taken into the shop at the scheduled time.
