Waited 6 months for a Valve body replacement vs a new transmission. A remanufactured one ? finally came in & was installed. No after install comments were given, then was charged $42.00 for a complimenta transmission. A remanufactured one ? finally came in & was installed. No after install comments were given, then was charged $42.00 for a complimentary ride of 14.6 miles. Service advisor never got back to me. A remanufactured valve vs a new valve? Why did the remanufactured valve fail? Why did it take 6 months? Why did I have to take my truck multiple times etc. Belzers is 5 miles from my house. Of course then the warranty deductible applies.
