Very disappointed with our service experience. First it was very troubling that our 2 month old GMC Terrain left us stranded in need of a new transmission. Service advisor Patrick told us that no First it was very troubling that our 2 month old GMC Terrain left us stranded in need of a new transmission. Service advisor Patrick told us that no loaner vehicles were available while he seemed more concerned with eating his lunch. Fortunately our sales person cared enough to help provide us with a replacement car. That was important because our vehicle repairs took an entire month! During this time there was no communication and the few calls we made were never returned. Due to this poor experience we are not likely to return to Walser GMC for another vehicle. Prior to this we had been Walser GMC customers for the past 15 years. More
