They filled the fluid that I didn’t ask for and charge me for wheel rotation, which I didn’t ask for. I got the car back in worse condition than when I gave it. I thought taking it into an actual dealership for wheel rotation, which I didn’t ask for. I got the car back in worse condition than when I gave it. My service experience started bumpy, but ended very well. I called for a diagnostic appointment about 2 items, and when I dropped it off nothing was said or gone over with me, so I just assumed they had the I called for a diagnostic appointment about 2 items, and when I dropped it off nothing was said or gone over with me, so I just assumed they had the correct info. Turns out only one of the items made it into the request, so my car was at the dealership for almost an entire day, and absolutely nothing was done. The item that made it into the request was a clunking noise, and it wasn't even test driven. I needed it back at the time, and was told to bring it back at a later date, luckily the diagnostic fee was waived. When bringing it back, it was a night and day difference. Shannan and Jordan were AMAZING advisors. They were thorough, great communicators, and were willing to help with my insurance claim as well. More

I would have returned the vehicle if it was local. would not recommend long distance purchase to anyone, but if I lived locally, I would come back to Tyler. More
