I purchased a battery from Sam’s Club in December 2024, they told me that the tires that I had purchased from them were put on incorrectly. Long story short, I bought directional tires from Sam’s Club and they told me that the tires that I had purchased from them were put on incorrectly. Long story short, I bought directional tires from Sam’s Club and when I had my oil changed at Walser in Bloomington, my tires were rotated, but were not put on correctly. I had to make a separate appointment ( for which I went out of my way because I work remotely and do not live in the area) to have them corrected. I understand mistakes happen, but tires should be something that are pretty straightforward, even if they are directional tires. The service advisor, nor the person that I made the appointment with were not super friendly, and I feel could’ve apologized given the circumstance. This was not my fault, but yet had to go out of my way to have it corrected. I have three oil changes left and don’t want my tires rotated, I will go back to Sam’s Club, where I bought them.
