Trevor got back to me immediately, was attentive and helped schedule a test drive. He didn’t pressure us and seemed honest about the car. It just isn’t the car for us, as it is too low to the ground f helped schedule a test drive. He didn’t pressure us and seemed honest about the car. It just isn’t the car for us, as it is too low to the ground for our snowy environment. He also followed up with a nice note. More
NOT a happy camper! @! Bought a 2016 Trax and within a year discovered the A/C was inoperable AND had to replace the thermostat!! I (and my family) are repeat customers @! Bought a 2016 Trax and within a year discovered the A/C was inoperable AND had to replace the thermostat!! I (and my family) are repeat customers, but NO MORE! I asked them to help me out with the almost $2000 repairs and they said they would not be in business if they paid for repairs on cars within a year. I am on Social Security and due for 2 surgeries this month 220 miles away! My car blows nothing but hot air! NOT impressed!! More
Service very poor. Charged $180 upfront 'diagnostic fee' then claimed could find nothing wrong. I would NOT ever go here again for service work. Rep was also surly. Years back they had very professional and capable employees, but apparently no longer. More
Jeremiah Whittlef was the most informative salesman I've meet. No pressure and honest. See this great man for a vehicle! Very responsive to my request. Gave me a good deal with my trade-in. My salesperson and the sales manager were very transparent on what they could or couldn’t do. my trade-in. My salesperson and the sales manager were very transparent on what they could or couldn’t do. More
They'll sell you a car with their inspection report - won't let you take it to a 3rd party mechanic, and then you'll find out that their inspection was pure lies. Within 2 months I needed the tensioner p won't let you take it to a 3rd party mechanic, and then you'll find out that their inspection was pure lies. Within 2 months I needed the tensioner pulley replaced, the fuel module replaced, the resonator (or, as it is a Buick, the entire exhaust system from the catalytic convertor back) needs to be replaced, and the rotors feel warped. 2 months after that? The heater on the drivers side seat stops working, needs that module replaced. Once we hit the coldest part of the year? Now the car has no heat and probably needs the heater core replaced. More

Visiting Twin Cities from New Mexico and had problem with car overheating. Service tech recommended water pump replacement at cost of $900.00, including parts and labor. While I felt charges were quite exces car overheating. Service tech recommended water pump replacement at cost of $900.00, including parts and labor. While I felt charges were quite excessive, I elected to have work done. Preparing to leave cities for New Mexico, I raised hood to check oil and discovered seven (7) plastic fasteners designed to hold the engine “shroud” in place missing!!!! Drove the car back to shop and the missing parts were replace immediately. I can only imagine what else the mechanic “overlooked” in repairing my vehicle. I would not return to Walser Buick ever again even to have something as insignificant as having tire pressure checked. All in all, both my attitude and checkbook in a sad, sad state. I don’t object to “paying” for quality and excellence; however when I do I expect quality and excellence in return. I guess that if you read this, you have figured out that I would not recommend that anyone go to Walser Buick for any reason what-so-ever! More
