You guys are getting sloppy. I was scolded by the service agent for being 13k miles overdue for an oil change. I was overdue, but only by 3k miles. He said my oil level was I was scolded by the service agent for being 13k miles overdue for an oil change. I was overdue, but only by 3k miles. He said my oil level was “dangerously low.” To me that says that either 1) my oil was not changed at the previous service appt or 2) there’s a problem with my engine and I’m burning oil. I’m tired of being upsold service items when you can’t seem to handle the bare basics. More
