I brought the car there a month ago to diagnose a noise coming from the front end when I turn. They heard the noise, checked with gmc, and they said you have to do some major action to see what’s wrong, I coming from the front end when I turn. They said there are only a couple technicians who can do that so will schedule within a couple of weeks when they are available. Heard nothing for three weeks. I reached out, said need to schedule to get it done. Scheduled for a week I was out of town because they needed the car for multiple days and had no loaners available. I drop the car off on Sunday night, on Monday or Tuesday I get a text that says they can’t replicate the noise. I didn’t bring the car there for another diagnosis I brought it there for the work from the diagnosis three weeks before. So no work got done on the car, it still makes the same grinding noise when I turn, and when I showed to to pick up the car after having no work done, they tried to charge me another diagnostic fee. It was one of the craziest interactions I’ve ever had with a service provider. More
