Had appointment, yet never looked at my vehicle until the next day. Charged me $300 to tell me GMC no longer made a part to repair my 2015 Canyon with 24,000 mikes on it. Tried to repair a broken latch on th next day. Charged me $300 to tell me GMC no longer made a part to repair my 2015 Canyon with 24,000 mikes on it. Tried to repair a broken latch on the tonneau cover earlier and they also couldn’t find the discontinued part. Seems there were always 4-5 people at the service desk yet phone calls went to voice mail, then answered 3-4 hours later. Will not return or buy another product from Walser. More
I do not like several things about the dealership. It really annoyed me that you could not take like a $5,000 deposit and alow me to get cash and come back the next day. Very unprofessional they try to charge you more and this is the second time they didn't toll me at the beginning what my truck needed and latter they try to charge more, and they don't call you back i have is the second time they didn't toll me at the beginning what my truck needed and latter they try to charge more, and they don't call you back i have to keep call then to know about my trucks repairs and I even have to go to the dealer to find out about my truck if was done on the repair, I toll the manager that I call many times and let a voice message to know if my truck was ready so I can pick up, he just stated never go any call or message, then later he stated that their system was down that is xx, very disappointed I will not bring my ca for new repair other than the warranty on the repairs they have done already More
