I purchased a new vehicle and for the most part our salesperson Awil was very nice. We did though have a few xxxx ups though. We had personal license plates on our vehicle we traded in. The person working that part obviously did not know what they were doing as they kept telling us that we could not have what was on our personalized plates as it was already being used. The dealership indicated that we should go to our local DMV, and we did. The DMV told us to go back to the dealership as it was an easy fix on the dealership side, they just needed to check a box. We then tried to contact the dealership, and they apparently do not have a person answering the phone and is almost impossible to get ahold of someone there. On another note, about the purchase of our new vehicle, was that it was the end of the evening, so we did not get much time for our person to go over features of our new vehicle. More

First, the system would not even allow me to call and schedule an appointment. When the system Auto scheduled my appointment, I called to confirm that my car could be repaired at this appointment.
