I was told a ‘safety check’ was done, but have proof that it was not & info provided to me was false. Doesn't stand behind GMC warranties or workmanship. Warranty was on compressor and load leveling system. Dealer refused to troubleshoot failure mechanism. Charged Mr $104 to tell me they need $190 to Warranty was on compressor and load leveling system. Dealer refused to troubleshoot failure mechanism. I needed a factory recall done on our vehicle. It was easy to make an appointment, they had the part available and took care of it in a forthright and courteous manner. I would like to mention that on subsequent calls to the parts department, I was never able to reach a staff member directly and left several voicemails, which were never returned. More
Usually, I give Walser five star ratings for your service. This last experience was a three star level of service because your technicians didn’t discuss a problem that could’ve been addressed during service. We had two headlights replaced, and when she read the technician notes afterward, Walser indicated that a blinker light was broken and needed to be replaced. Now, she will have to take more time to return to Walser and address that issue That could’ve been handled in the same visit And the same part of the car. Usually your team consults with us in those situations so it might just be an opportunity to improve employee training. John DeSmet More
