Three weekends ago I went to Walser Buick GMC to test drive a used car for my husband who wasn't in town. Sales guy, Adam Johnson, was very nice and we chatted throughout the test drive. He shook my hand drive a used car for my husband who wasn't in town. Sales guy, Adam Johnson, was very nice and we chatted throughout the test drive. He shook my hand on the way in and out and looked me in the eye when we spoke. The following weekend...on International Women's Day...my husband and I went to the dealership to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. The same sales guy greeted my husband, shook his hand, and spoke to him. Adam didn't even acknowledge that I was there. It wasn't until we finished all the paperwork and my husband was about to head to the car that Adan mentioned something that happened during the test drive and finally looked at me. That was about 20 minutes into the experience. Based on this experience, I can tell you that neither I nor my husband will be doing business with Adam again. This is unacceptable behavior. I was as much a part of the process and decision making as my husband. You need to train your sales department to do better than this. I've shared this information on my Facebook page and none of my female friends will be doing business with you either. I hope you can improve things for future buyers. Thank you for listening. More

The diagnoses was incorrect. The battery should have been replaced for free. Since it met the warrenty but was not offered.
