I am happy with my service advisor, however the service manager has yet to respond to my message left two weeks ago. One month into my new GMC truck, I had a sidewall blow out on the freeway. I was told t manager has yet to respond to my message left two weeks ago. One month into my new GMC truck, I had a sidewall blow out on the freeway. I was told the tire would be sent to GM for inspection and decide whether or not I would be reimbursed $300 for the tire due to manufacturer defect. After reviewing the service report I noticed the tech predetermined the blown tire was due to a road hazard, so much for advocating in an unbiased way with GM of Goodyear! To make things even better, my new tire was only inflated to half the recommended PSI and half that of the other three tires. I’ve been a Walser customer for over 20 years and purchased at least 12 vehicles for my family, this poor experience is a first, but has left a lasting impression. How do you make it right? I’ve held off on contacting GM in hopes that I hear something back. Morgan Toller provided excellent service, my rating is not based on her performance. My invoice stated I should reach out to Alex Shoeberg if I was not completely satisfied. A message back would have been appreciated. More

This dealership does not follow their own standard procedures and they lied to me multiple times. I couldn't trust any of the employees since I could tell they were continuously lying to my face.
