When asking questions of the mechanic he rolled his eyes at me. I had my husband go in, in my place in one instance and he was treated very differently than me. This was not received well. Dealership was waiting to hear back from warranty company- dealer did not get back to me- i had to call repeatedly to see the status with the warranty company. Dealer diagnosed areas and requested service from warranty company I was not aware of nor did i initially ask for. Communication is not ideal at this dealership and they will not get our service in the future. More

Service center is completely unaware of their clients. Purchased a brand new Denali Sierra and was sold on the extended warranty and was told the dealership would be able to handle all concerns. Brought the vehicle in after a few issues and the dealership could have cared less if I was a client or bought a $60k + vehicle. Tried to charge for services that were covered under the additional warranty Walser sold me. This dealership has no idea how to handle or even know who their customers are. I would never work with this company again. Contacted sales rep. He didn’t care and the GM never returned a call. Buyer beware!! More
