It took me awhile to write this review, because I had to calm down somewhat, but I am still so angry. First of all, Matt did not know the system. He was unable to get me the $500 Veterans discount I am en calm down somewhat, but I am still so angry. First of all, Matt did not know the system. He was unable to get me the $500 Veterans discount I am entitled to at the time of sale and did not seem concerned that he could not apply this discount. He did not seek help from anyone else, just said I had to “let it go”. Eventually, the sales manager called said he would send me a check for the $500. While they did send me a check it took over 2 months, multiple calls, and voicemails. But great he got me the $500 that I was entitled to that should have been done at the time of sale. Now for the issue that really makes me angry! Matt - Lied to my face about the options available after I bought my truck, and I HATE being lied to! Specifically, the wheel and tire protection plan available through Walser. I was told I could by it "anytime". Then for 3 weeks he avoided answering questions about the price and availability of this product via text. By the time he admitted he lied to me it was too late to do anything about it, which was most likely the intent of the delay. If he lied about this, what else did he lie about? What else am I going to find out was a lie in 6 months, or 6 years down the road? I can’t trust ANYTHING I was told. I have so much anxiety at this point every time I even look at the truck it turns my stomach. I have a new truck, first brand new truck in my life, I should be happy, but I am not. And I am stuck with this for the next 8 years (period of the service contract). I am afraid to take my truck there for service, which is supposed to be prepaid – we will see. To this day no one has explained to me why I could not purchase the wheel & Tire protection that was promised. Just it had to be purchased at the time of sale. But that is not what I was told. It’s a Walser product, from a Walser dealership, promised by a Walser salesman. Why can’t an exception have been made? And if I can’t buy a Walser product, how good are the other products that I can buy? I have not bought any of them, because now I don’t trust what I was told. No one has offered my anything for the lie. Nothing to ease my anxiety about the deal, or to make this up to me in anyway. Basically, the sale has been made, and now no one cares. I can just go pound sand Terrible customer service. Professionalism is not in their vocabulary. So much honesty, integrity, responsibility, and respect. More
