disappointing - scheduled for an airbag replacement (warranty work due to recall) and after we dropped the car off we got the call that they did not have the replacement- we made the appointment specif (warranty work due to recall) and after we dropped the car off we got the call that they did not have the replacement- we made the appointment specifically for the airbag - while i was there i had them look at my shocks and tire - they could not find the rim leak on my tire which was disappointing - i had to bring it to apple valley ford to have them fix it after coming into your shop to have new tire sensor re-installed because they were not working from the tires I bought a few years ago from you guys. The employee (female) was good dealing with these problems - she was professional and kept in touch with me about fixing the shocks and tires and worked hard with my warranty people to get the costs covered on a few things - the only good thing that happened that day - we waited 2 weeks to schedule the appt for the airbag - whoever scheduled the appt for us should have checked to see if he had inventory to fix the airbag - we had to drive from Lakeville with two cars - it is an inconvenience when you didn't have the part - that was poor customer service. I am still waiting for the replacement part for the airbag even after a call two weeks ago to see what the status is - this is totally unacceptable that i am driving around a car that has a faulty airbag that can cause harm to my family - the airbag light has been on for awhile so i am not to confident in your ability to fix this problem. I tried calling another dealership i was so angry about what has happened here. If i could rate you a zero - I would have. More
