Excellent service! I loved purchasing my GMC Acadia at Walser! Austin was awesome! Sunroof frame defective. Vehicle only 1 year old. Due to mileage, no warranty coverage. Dealership said "nothing we can do, too bad, GM issue" Milleage should not make a Vehicle only 1 year old. Due to mileage, no warranty coverage. Dealership said "nothing we can do, too bad, GM issue" Milleage should not make a sunroof defective. Repair then failed to finish in time allotted, resulting in no vehicle over a weekend, again, "Too bad, taking us longer than expected" Not impressed with the GMC vehicle, nor the dealership/service center. Wll look elsewhere for vehicles in future. More
I originally booked an online appointment to come in a test drive a truck. Upon arrival they had no record of my booking, I get it technical issues happen. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. I ended up finding a truck that I wanted and purchased it. This is where I have run into nothing but issues and the reason for the poor review. They only seemed to care about selling me a car and all the add ons and once I signed the paperwork no one seems to want to help me. After the rust proofing protection add on that I purchased was completed I noticed there was a trim piece (100% cosmetic) missing on one of the doors and my sales rep said he would would be able to help with that and since then I havent been able to get them to act on anything or even transfer my call to the service department where I would have to buy the part myself and have them install it. The other issue is with the front license plate. In MN you legally need to have a front license plate, the truck I bought didn't have a plate mounting bracket so here I am 1.5 months later trying to get someone at the dealership to install this for me but I cant get anyone to help. They either say "im out of the dealership lets connect when I get back" and I never hear back, or they say "I will have the service department get a hold of you to schedule those" and again never get a call from the service department. More

They did bodywork on the truck and didn't put the decals back on,and would replace them. My truck was appraised at another dealership and was higher than what they appraised for, just the previous week. Eve back on,and would replace them. My truck was appraised at another dealership and was higher than what they appraised for, just the previous week. Everything was in favor of the dealership. I like the new truck, just wish they would have cleaned the truck better, it had over spray paint on cab from the paint work. I just wanted the decals replaced at least. More
