I left the dealership with a car I wanted at a competitive price. The process took much longer than planned (was there over four hours) and the detailing, while grateful to have it done, left exce competitive price. The estimated interest rate on the loan was 2% lower than it actually came back (great credit score) but was too far in the process to dispute.
